A crisp Wells Gardner 25” monitor (not a computer monitor) doesn’t let a single classic visual detail escape the eye, and real arcade controls, including two joysticks (remember those?), a 3” trackball, and multiple buttons lend true-to-life feel that will give you (not your 8-year-old) the upper hand in challenging one-on-one game play. A host of vintage Atari® and Capcom® games (35 in all, including the above-mentioned titles, as well as other classics like Battlezone®, Millipede™, Super Breakout™, Ghosts ‘n Goblins™, and Street Fighter II™) ensures plenty of challenge variety, and will inspire you to take out the photo album to reminisce. An interactive menu (controlled via the joysticks and buttons) lets you customize sound volume, delete high scores, and even add future games as they are made available. The only difference between this unit and the games in the arcades is you don’t have to constantly feed it quarters or wait for your turn (authentic coin door does not work—commercial use prohibited), because this one sits right in your own activity room, ready for play whenever you are.
